1. ผู้ให้บริการและบริการ

2. บัญชีและข้อมูลในเครื่อง
ดูแลความปลอดภัยของบัญชี Google และอุปกรณ์ของคุณ และอย่าใช้บัญชีของผู้อื่นโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต เราจะไม่ขอรหัสผ่าน Google, PIN ธนาคาร หรือ OTP ผ่านการติดต่อใด ๆ เกมเก็บความคืบหน้าไว้ในเบราว์เซอร์ด้วย การล้างข้อมูลหรือเปลี่ยนเบราว์เซอร์อาจทำให้ความคืบหน้าที่ยังไม่ซิงก์หายไป และการออกจากระบบไม่ได้ลบข้อมูลทั้งหมด

3. ชื่อสาธารณะและการเล่นอย่างเป็นธรรม
เลือกชื่อในเกมที่ไม่เปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนตัวของคุณหรือผู้อื่น ไม่แอบอ้างเป็นทีมงาน ไม่คุกคามผู้อื่น ไม่ใช้ถ้อยคำผิดกฎหมาย และไม่ละเมิดสิทธิของผู้อื่น ชื่อ ภาพหน้าในเกม แท็ก และผลที่ติดอันดับอาจแสดงต่อสาธารณะ ชื่อหรืออีเมลจาก Google ไม่ได้ถูกใช้เป็นชื่อในทำเนียบโดยอัตโนมัติ
ห้ามปลอมผล แก้ไขหรือส่งข้อมูลเพื่อให้ได้อันดับอย่างไม่เป็นธรรม เข้าถึงบัญชีหรือระบบโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต หรือรบกวนการให้บริการ การใช้ AUTO ที่เกมมีให้ไม่ผิดข้อกำหนด แต่รอบที่ใช้ AUTO ไม่ถูกจัดอันดับ ทำเนียบแยกตามบท ตัวละคร และความยาก โดยใช้ความยากต่ำสุดที่เล่นในรอบนั้นร่วมกับเงื่อนไขการตรวจอื่น ระบบตรวจอาจผิดพลาดได้ และไม่รับประกันว่าจะจับการโกงได้ทั้งหมด

4. ผู้เยาว์

6. การใช้งานผลงาน การเปลี่ยนแปลง และข้อร้องเรียน
คุณได้รับอนุญาตให้เล่นเกมและใช้ของตกแต่งเพื่อความบันเทิงส่วนตัวตามบริการที่เปิดให้ใช้ การซื้อไม่ได้โอนลิขสิทธิ์ ไม่ใช่การลงทุน และไม่มีมูลค่าเป็นเงินสดหรือคำรับรองผลกำไร หากต้องการใช้งานผลงานเกินกว่าที่กฎหมายอนุญาต โปรดสอบถามผู้ให้บริการ

Terms of use
1. Operator and service
jadeseal.online (“Jade Seal”) is operated by Jade Seal (jadeseal.online). Email: contact@jadeseal.online.
Core play is free, guest play is available, and online features are optional additions. Google sign-in enables an account, cloud saves and profile sync. Ranking requires an eligible run and a successful submission. Roadmap features are not claims of present availability or of a release date. Chapter 2 will be free when released, without buying a pack, and is planned to open after you complete chapter 1.
Please read these terms together with the Privacy notice and the Refund policy.
2. Accounts and local data
Keep your Google account and device secure, and do not use another person's account without permission. We never ask for Google passwords, banking PINs or OTPs in any message. Progress is also stored in your browser; clearing storage or switching browsers may lose unsynced progress, and signing out does not delete all data.
On shared devices, check the signed-in account before claiming guest progress, which may become associated with that account. Network or device-clock issues can delay sync or cause conflicts. We cannot guarantee recovery in every situation; this does not remove your statutory rights.
3. Public names and fair play
Do not expose your own or others' private information in your name, impersonate staff, harass others, use unlawful content or infringe anyone's rights. Your game name, portrait, tag and ranked results may be public. Google names and emails never automatically become leaderboard names.
Do not forge results, manipulate submissions for an unfair rank, access accounts or systems without authorization, or disrupt the service. The built-in AUTO mode is allowed, but AUTO runs are unranked. Leaderboards are split by chapter, hero and difficulty; a run ranks at the lowest difficulty played in it, subject to other validation rules. Checks can make mistakes and do not guarantee that every cheat is detected.
Administrators may clear names, hide or restore ranked entries, correct mistaken rejections, or exclude accounts from leaderboards for safety or fairness reasons. Hiding a run does not erase it from the database, and a leaderboard exclusion does not delete an account or purchased entitlements. Appeal by email with your tag, the date you played and the relevant details, never your password.
4. Minors
The game does not verify age. If you are a minor, involve a guardian in reading these terms, and have them give consent or act for you where the law requires. Do not use money or payment accounts without permission. Once sales open, a guardian's refund request for a minor's Supporter Pack purchase will be honoured at any time, including after 14 days.
5. Money and cosmetics
Nothing is sold today; the Supporter Pack is not on sale. As planned, the Supporter Pack is a one-time ฿99 purchase, not an auto-renewing subscription, and gives cosmetics only: no power, no items that help you win and no ranking advantage over free players. The game has no pay-to-win and no advertising. Payment and refund terms will be published on the Refund page before sales open.
Donations are voluntary and separate from pack purchases. No donation channel is open yet. A donation is not a pack purchase and grants nothing in the game.
6. Content, changes and complaints
You may play the game and use cosmetics for personal entertainment within the service as offered. A purchase does not transfer copyright, is not an investment and has no cash value or promise of profit. Ask the operator about uses beyond those the law permits.
Maintenance, outages, balancing and bug fixes may affect the service. Material changes, including closure of the service and its effect on purchases, will be communicated appropriately. Changes to these terms will not retroactively remove refund rights already accrued. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer or data-protection rights, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Contact the operator as in section 1 for complaints, corrections or appeals. Contacting us first is not a condition that limits your access to competent authorities or courts.
